Estate agency franchise aims for increased growth
A north-west England estate agency franchise is planning an ambitious expansion into the rest of the UK in order to bring its popular services to wider audience, Blackpool Today reports.
Moving Works currently has 13 offices in towns across the north-west, including Blackpool, Preston, Bolton, Cleveleys and Lytham. Following on from its success in the local market it now hopes to expand the franchise nationwide.
The estate agency will kick start its plan for growth this week at the National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham. It will be looking to impress industry experts and potential franchisees as it sets out to achieve its goals.
Georgina Cox, managing director of Moving Works, told Blackpool Today: "We are in a key phase of development for the franchise and this exhibition is the next step.
"Word is spreading about Moving Works and customers are recognising that we offer something different. For potential franchisees this is fantastic news as half the battle when opening a new business is having a unique selling point."
According to the newspaper, the estate agent has just been awarded the British Franchise Association mark, which will give it a significant advantage as it sets out on its nationwide expansion programme.
